- ITA Airways publishes dimensions for this accessory but no separate weight limit; smaller bags within these dimensions are normally tagged for under-seat storage, except on A330 aircraft.

Checked baggage
- Economy Light includes no checked bag, while the standard Economy allowance is one 23 kg piece.
- Premium Economy lists two 23 kg pieces; Business generally lists two 32 kg pieces, with different allowances on Italian domestic flights and further fare- or route-specific exceptions.
- Each standard piece is limited to 158 cm in total dimensions.

- For departures covered by the published EU rule, each liquid container may hold up to 100 ml and all containers must fit in one transparent resealable bag of up to 1 litre per passenger.
- Medicines, baby food and sealed duty-free liquids have separate conditions, while rules at the departure airport remain decisive.
