This website is delivered via Cloudflare Workers Static Assets and Cloudflare's CDN. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and requested pages to provide the site, to protect it from attacks (DDoS), and to optimize delivery speed.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in a secure and fast website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Cloudflare may also process data outside the EEA. Information about safeguards and data transfers is available in Cloudflare's privacy policy and data processing addendum.

3. Local Search & Quick Check

The airline-directory filter and the homepage Quick Check run locally in your browser using data already delivered with the requested page. These functions do not send your entries to AirlineLimits or to a search provider. AirlineLimits does not store the entries or use them for analytics or profiling. Loading the website and opening a result or an external source still creates the technical requests described in this policy.

4. Cookies & Advertising

No ad placements, analytics tools or AdSense scripts are currently active. The page source contains a static AdSense account meta tag, and the public ads.txt file names the authorized seller account. Neither element sends data to Google when a visitor loads this page.

Before ads or consent-requiring advertising technologies are activated, this policy will be updated to match the observed setup and we will use a suitable certified consent management platform where required.

5. Analytics

We do not currently use analytics tools. If analytics is introduced later, this policy and the consent configuration will be updated before the corresponding technology is activated.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and similar laws you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Receive data you provided in a portable format where the legal requirements are met

For California residents (CCPA): we do not sell personal information. If we ever use advertising partners that process data for interest-based ads, you will be able to opt out via the consent banner.
